Services
Avila Home Solutions LLC provides residential home improvement services including but not limited to bathroom and kitchen remodeling, plumbing, painting, deck and fence construction, flooring, cabinetry, lighting installation, and general contracting. All services are subject to a written estimate and contract before work begins.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on material availability, scope changes, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the project. Any changes to the original scope must be approved in writing by both parties.
Limitation of Liability
Avila Home Solutions LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation as required by law. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, material shortages, or regulatory changes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design elements is the property of Avila Home Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Project photographs displayed in our gallery remain our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed and materials procured up to the date of termination, plus any applicable restocking fees.
